When selling your condominium, you need to supply an Estoppel & Insurance certificates to the Purchaser.  These should be ordered by your lawyer ASAP to avoid a RUSH expense. Our fee is the expense of the Estoppel & insurance Certificates and a flat rate of $ 699.00 which includes our services, searches, local deliveries and G.S.T.
